Back Office Data Researcher

Task Specification:

  1. 1. Contact data research for new Institutional Investors (IIs):
  • Find IIs not already on Pipedrive (CRM)
  • Qualify IIs using websites, LinkedIn, etc using following criteria: Do they invest in external fund managers
  • Do they invest in hedge funds or private equity (will not always disclose this on website)?
  • Find ‘Contact Details’* for ‘Contacts of Interest’* using websites, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, etc
  • Updating CRM accordingly                                          
  1. Contact cleansing of existing database
  • Find new/better contact details for existing contacts
  • Find new/better ‘Contacts of Interest’ and their contact details for existing deals
  • Updating CRM accordingly
  1. LinkedIn Mailing {Advanced}
  • Contacting individuals from deals directly on LinkedIn using “InMail credits”
  • Requesting to connect with individuals from deals and adding note introducing Allocator
  • Updating CRM accordingly
  1. Running email campaigns {Advanced}
  • Sending out daily mail merges to deals which need to be contacted
  • Updating CRM accordingly
  1. Coordination with Client Representative: Have a daily/weekly catch up call focused on activities to-do/completed

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook + Excel)

Good knowledge of Data research & Data Mining activities, LinkedIn, Social Media.

Skill Sets & Expertise Required:

  • Designing, implementing & monitoring High availability & disaster recovery (DR) solutions for Oracle and MYSQL on Public and Private Cloud
  • Proactive performance tuning & / Sizing
  • Monitoring performance metrics, response times, and request rates & setting up alerts
  • Job scheduling & cache management
  • Database Security
  • Installing and upgrading the database software
  • Patching the software that powers your database
  • Identify the root cause and troubleshoot
  • Work closely with various teams for early issue closure
  • Provide necessary information/observations/logs & all required support to next level for diagnose a reported/escalated problem
  • Ability to describe incident and requests as part of ticket treatment

Job Description:

Experience: 2-4 yrs. of Experience

  • In depth knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS services. Experienced with Azure SQL, Azure Automation, and/or Azure Resource Manager. Cloud design patterns.
  • Understanding RDBMS databases and concept and implementation of No-SQL databases Azure Storage and Backup Experience.
  • Azure network experience, VPN and Express route, Azure DNS, Traffic Manager, and Load Balancers.
  • Strong expertise on Azure Worker Role, App Services, Web Jobs, Scheduler, Service Bus, Logic Apps and Event Hub. Implementation experience on AD B2C Custom UI and Custom Attributes, Role based access(RBAC) and AD Groups. Working experience on ARM templates, PowerShell scripting. Design data storage, movement, orchestration solutions on Azure.
  • Design, co-ordinate and execute proof of concepts, guidance on business scenarios and deployment guidance. Building a technical and security architecture in Azure. Selecting a migration approach to lift and shift the workloads to Azure or architecting a Greenfield development and/or production platform for new applications
  • Strong knowledge on IoT, Stream Analytics, Azure Storage and PowerBI. Active Engagement with other developers and users and clarify questions related to Software as a Service, Multi Tenancy, Microsoft azure Platform & .Net.
  • Should have experience in at least 2 engagements dealing with analysis of enterprise applications and migration of existing workloads to azure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of Microsoft Azure Cloud experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience in designing, migration and implementation of Cloud Windows Server & services like IIS, FTP, MS SQL, AD, Firewall etc. On dedicated server or cloud.
  • Knowledge of High availability, Hybrid & DR tool and infrastructure design & Implementation
  • Work closely with various teams for early issue closures
  • Handle Escalations, and adhere to escalation matrix
  • Ability to create and update operational procedures (issues resolution, requests, administration procedures)
  • Implement & monitor ITIL process & Security tools
  • Familiarity with CRM or incident tracking and management systems
  • Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function, including workflow and incident management
