The Piping Drafter position is responsible for the preparation of construction drawings using AutoCAD and various other software supplementary to the process focused on the piping systems. With the guidance of the project team, the produced drawings illustrate work to be performed complying with contract requirements and local codes.

Drafting Duty

  • Utilize contract documents, models and vendor data to prepare 2D and 3D constructible models, piping layout drawings, isometric drawings, and spool sheet drawings.
  • Develop bill-of-materials to support the assembly process and the material procurement
