Piping Drafter

The Piping Drafter position is responsible for the preparation of construction drawings using AutoCAD and various other software supplementary to the process focused on the piping systems. With the guidance of the project team, the produced drawings illustrate work to be performed complying with contract requirements and local codes.

Drafting Duty

  • Utilize contract documents, models and vendor data to prepare 2D and 3D constructible models, piping layout drawings, isometric drawings, and spool sheet drawings.
  • Develop bill-of-materials to support the assembly process and the material procurement
  • Revise the original mechanical drawings from marked-up prints or as directed by engineers and project teams.
  • Identify potential constructability issues and technical problems, redesign layouts to improve functionality.
  • Utilize knowledge of various engineering and construction practices, building materials, and equipment to complete the drawings

Document Management

  • Set up and maintain an organized filing system for drawings and supplementary documents.
  • Develop and adhere to piping standards and work methodologies.
  • Track and monitor changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Maintain up to date electronic drawings log.
  • Compile and organize blocks, parts and specific details.

Scheduling and Coordination

  • Establish man-hour estimates, schedules and drafting priorities
  • Provide updates to the drafting schedule
  • Report progress of work assignments to immediate supervisor
  • Establish and enforce supplementary document requirements for drawing production
  • Participate in the internal/external coordination meetings

Quality and Safety Compliance

  • Review drawings for accuracy and adherence to client standards
  • Comply with all applicable construction practices, regulations, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with internal drafting and engineering standards.
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Visit job sites to verify work, equipment and field conditions; follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable UK Tax Return Filer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing individual and corporate UK tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations, and providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file UK tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyse financial documents to identify tax liabilities and opportunities for tax savings.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify any issues related to their tax returns.
  • Provide advice and guidance on tax planning and compliance matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
  • Assist in resolving tax-related inquiries from HMRC and other authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tax filings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and client service.


Qualifications:

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in end-to-end sales within the US market. The ideal candidate must have successfully sold services such as BPO Services, SaaS Solutions, IT Services, and Accounting/Finance Outsourcing Services.

This role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives under pressure, is comfortable engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and is not hesitant to perform outbound prospecting and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle management: prospecting → lead qualification → discovery → solution presentation → negotiation → closure → handover.
  • Execute strategic US market prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking.
