We make sure that our offshore delivery centers are equipped with the latest software, hardware and telecommunications equipment. Many times these are responsible for delivering mission critical services to our clients, so we ensure everything on place. Our Indian facilities have high security with 99.9% uptime levels and include power backups and server clusters with cutover capabilities/redundancies. We have partnership with leading Indian communication service providers thus ensuring dedicated networks for both voice and data. So we make sure that we use of resources smartly.

We have deployed several communication standards in order to provide complete transparency of the project logistics between the client and ODC. Hi-tech Robust Technology

All processes within our ODC's have strict quality control mechanisms. We assure quality in writing and spend considerable time and resources to ensure that our work is best in class. To evaluate performance from the clients point of view, out of 6 working days in a week we use 1 day only for Internal and External Quality Audit and Evaluate Performance. Every employee of ODC is evaluated for his or her performance weekly and that is why our delivery commitments are met 99% o the time.

Orienting Reliable Process

We ensure that each project has both onshore and offshore project managers to ensure our client's work is completed according to specifications. The project managers always keep communications channels open, so that they can quickly resolve problems and issues as they arise.
