Curriculum Vitae (CV) received by the client was to be processed by software. The number of CVs received by the client was huge. Client needed a BPO to do data mining and then data processing of the details in CV, into software. As data updated by IBN Team will be utilized for the assessment and analysis of the profiles of the candidates, so all the job responsibilities and the previous experience needed to be mined and processed after their analysis, to keep up the accuracy.
